The Firm also stands out for its extensive experience in the areas of tax litigation and pre-litigation, value added tax, transfer pricing and patent box.

LAWYER
Registered in Court of Cassation Register and Higher Jurisdictions Lawyers, professor of private law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Palermo and of corporate law at the Faculty of Law of the Link University.
Among other roles, teaching in master's degrees in banking and financial commercial law for Wolters&Kluwer, positions held in listed companies and multinationals as a lawyer and CCO at Fondimpresa and others.
He is a lecturer in master's courses in commercial, banking and insurance law as well as a lecturer for the Banking and Insurance Fund (FBA).
He was appointed by the Bank of Italy as an effective member of the Banking and Financial Arbitration Board of Turin, a position he previously held in the offices of Milan and Bari.
Attorney D'Angelo is also the legal representative of the national CISL and First Cisl (Italian Labor Union).
CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT
STATUTORY AUDITOR
Chartered Accountant member of Order of Rome and registered Statutory Auditor at Italian Ministry of Economy and Finance.
Graduated with honors in Business Economics and Master degree in Corporate Insolvency Law at Sapienza University of Rome.
Professional education at MIT - Massachusetts Institute of Technology - Sloan School of Management in Cambridge.
During his long-standing collaboration with prime tax international firms, also becoming a senior partner, he gained significant experience in corporate and tax consultancy, in the evaluation of companies and in tax litigation.
He is am advisor for companies operating in the healthcare, real estate and insurance sectors.
He has participated, as senior partner, in several procedures for the resolution of corporate crises, including debt restructuring agreements and tax transactions, also finalized with the new Law of Company Insolvency.
Dr. Marta serves as President or board member and Statutory Auditor for joint-stock companies and associations with national relevance.
